Refund and Return Policy for Alto Furniture Egypt
Return Eligibility
Non-personalized, standard products can be returned within 7–14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process
Customers must notify Alto Furniture within 7 days of delivery to initiate returns.
Returns should be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items.
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable except in cases of incorrect or defective products.
Defective or Damaged Goods
